The College of the Holy Cross is committed to enchancing on-campus residence options for students. The City View Townhouses is a three- phased project consisting of three townhouse style dorms on the north and south side of City View Street. The design is a three-story wood frame structure with 18 units for a total of 144 beds. The project included the demolition of existing buildings on the site and will be completed in the summer of 2023 for the start of the academic year.
