A great start to 2024 as Fontaine and the teams at WinnCompanies & Opal Real Estate welcome the first tenants to the beautifully renovated apartments at 31 Elm in downtown Springfield, MA!

A great start to 2024 as Fontaine and the teams at WinnCompanies & Opal Real Estate welcomed the first tenants this week to the beautifully renovated apartments at 31 Elm in downtown Springfield, MA!

This incredibly challenging #historic restoration project of the original 1800’s era Court Square Hotel transformed this beautiful piece of downtown history from a building that had been vacant for decades into 74 units of housing as the City continues to activate and re-energize downtown.

A truly incredible team effort with WinnCompanies, Opal Real Estate, the City of Springfield, MA, The Architectural Team, Inc., and many more partners that made this possible. Thank you to Kill The Ball Media for the photography!

Recently, our team wrapped up Phase 1 of construction of the Andy Yee Palliative Care Unit at Mercy Medical Center - Springfield, MA! This special space, dedicated to providing comfort and support for patients and families during end-of-life care and chronic illness management, honors the legacy of the late Andy Yee, a beloved local restaurateur and hospital champion. With the consultation, family, and reflection rooms, as well as the hallway corridor and ADA accessible bathroom now complete, our team awaits Phase 2 which will include the construction of a nurses’ station and patient rooms. #healthcareconstruction
