An Exclusive First Look Tour of the Future Agawam High School

Big things are happening at Agawam High School! Western Mass News recently got a behind-the-scenes look at the new school and the incredible progress our team is making on site.

Senior Superintendent Mike Sarnelli spoke with the station about the planning, coordination, and teamwork it takes to keep a $230 million project moving forward. The story highlights just how much has been accomplished over the past year, from the massive two-story cafeteria and auditorium to the geothermal well system designed to eliminate fossil fuel usage.

With more than 100 workers on site each day, the project remains on time and on budget as we work toward welcoming students into Phase 1 of the new facility in January 2027.
