During the fair, students got a firsthand look at the wide array of career opportunities in construction, engaged with union representatives, subcontractors & apprenticeship directors, toured the Doherty Memorial High School jobsite, and more. Fontaine Team Attends the Ribbon-Cutting of the New Walpole Middle School

On Wednesday, October 30th, members of the Fontaine team gathered alongside representatives from Walpole Public Schools, the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA), The Vertex Companies LLC, and Tappé Architects to celebrate a major milestone: the ribbon-cutting of the new Walpole Middle School! This project has been a true celebration of teamwork and collaboration from start to finish. Together, we brought to life a 162,193-square-foot facility, merging two middle schools into one vibrant, modern space. From the groundbreaking ceremony in November 2022 to Wednesday’s ribbon-cutting, every step reflected the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, creating a welcoming new home for Walpole students and a source of pride for the entire community. We’re thrilled to have been part of such a transformative project!
