Fontaine Completes MGM Springfield's Sports Lounge

Fontaine has completed the sports lounge for MGM Springfield this past October. This project consisted of the renovation of two existing areas of the MGM Springfield casino. The first area consisted of the renovation of a 4,586 SF gaming floor to provide a sports betting venue. Features included constructing a new betting counter, a new LED screen wall, new furniture, and modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems. The second work area consisted of the renovation of 1,810 SF of the existing arcade (TAP Sports) into a new sports lounge. Work features included the addition of an LED screen wall, TV monitors and furniture.

This project will transform an existing space into a state-of-the-art facility featuring advanced technology, collaborative work areas, and specialized spaces for digital media production. With construction taking place during the academic year, our team will work closely with the school to ensure minimal disruption to students, faculty, and campus life. At Fontaine, we believe that construction is about more than buildings—it’s about building lasting relationships. We’re honored to work with Salisbury School on this exciting endeavor and look forward to strengthening our connection through this project and beyond. Topping Off Ceremony for the UMass Amherst School of Public Health & Health Sciences Hub

Last week, the Fontaine Team celebrated the Topping Off Ceremony for the UMass Amherst School of Public Health & Health Sciences Hub! This tradition marks the placement of the final steel beam, symbolizing a major milestone in the construction process. When finished, the Hub will serve as the heart of the only publicly accredited School of Public Health in New England—providing a unified space where students can collaborate, access advising and support services, and utilize state-of-the-art classrooms and seminar spaces.
