In November, the residents of East Longmeadow voted to fund the construction of a new high school and natatorium building. Today, we're thrilled to announce that we've been selected to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the project!

This achievement is particularly meaningful to us as the Fontaine team includes numerous residents, alumni, and parents of alumni who have deep ties to the Town of East Longmeadow and East Longmeadow High School.

Stay tuned for progress updates as we, alongside Skanska & Jones Whitsett/SMMA, build a new 191,796-square-foot high school that will serve the town for years to come!

We’re excited to announce that Fontaine has been selected to serve as the Construction Manager for the Digital Media Lab and Studio project at Salisbury School! This project will transform an existing space into a state-of-the-art facility featuring advanced technology, collaborative work areas, and specialized spaces for digital media production. With construction taking place during the academic year, our team will work closely with the school to ensure minimal disruption to students, faculty, and campus life. At Fontaine, we believe that construction is about more than buildings—it’s about building lasting relationships. We’re honored to work with Salisbury School on this exciting endeavor and look forward to strengthening our connection through this project and beyond. Together, we’re excited to help redefine private school education across New England by creating spaces that inspire learning and foster creativity for years to come.

Topping Off Ceremony for the UMass Amherst School of Public Health & Health Sciences Hub

Last week, the Fontaine Team celebrated the Topping Off Ceremony for the UMass Amherst School of Public Health & Health Sciences Hub! This tradition marks the placement of the final steel beam, symbolizing a major milestone in the construction process. When finished, the Hub will serve as the heart of the only publicly accredited School of Public Health in New England—providing a unified space where students can collaborate, access advising and support services, and utilize state-of-the-art classrooms and seminar spaces.
