Women in Construction Week 2022

During National Women in Construction Week, Fontaine Bros. Construction would like to recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication of all women in the construction industry. Fontaine Bros. is deeply committed to creating opportunities for all and supporting the long-term success of women construction. We would also like to express gratitude to our own Tracy Routhier, one of our Sr. Project Managers, and congratulate Tracy on her five year anniversary with Fontaine Bros.; we value her expertise, passion and countless contributions. Tracy’s advice for women who are considering a career in the construction industry…”surround yourself with people who support you.”
