The 55,000-square-foot Kittredge Center for Business and Workforce Development at Holyoke Community College is a state-of-the-art academic facility. The building features high-speed wireless Internet throughout, videoconferencing facilities, more than 4,000 square feet of conference space, and multiple training rooms.
The Kittredge Center was the first public building in New England to feature a “green” roof, where students can plant flowers and grasses for research and observation.
The project won an award for Excellence in Building Construction from the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management.
