The $49 million Court Square renovation project includes six floors of more than 70 market-rate apartments. Plans also call for 11,000 square feet of retail on the first floor and another 11,000 square feet of office space on the second floor. This historic renovation project has been called “the most important in the Commonwealth” it is key to continuing the revitalization of Downtown Springfield. This residential project received a large investment from State of Massachusetts redevelopment funds.
