Harris Brook Elementary School

The new Harris Brook Elementary School project consisted of the construction of a 106,250 SF two-story elementary school accommodating napproximately 630 students with a grade configuration of 2-5 including faculty and supporting staff. This project was successfully built directly behind the existing fully occupied elementary school in Ludlow, MA. The scope of the work included all related sitework, hardscape/landscape, underground utilities, parking and on-site services, roadways, play fields, and play areas with related play structures. The project also consiste of the full abatement and demolition of the existing elementary school once completing the new school building and vacating the existing school building.
