This project consisted of renovating approximately 39,000 SF of existing office space and constructing a new 6,700 SF gym addition on a 4.26 acre site in the City of Springfield. This project accommodates a K-8 school with full enrollment of approximately 500 students. The project included multiple classrooms, break out rooms, administrative offices, a cafeteria and additional educational spaces, all located in the renovated part of the building.
The new, pre-engineered gymnasium addition also functions as an assembly and large gathering space. Site work included slight modification of the existing parking, walks, circulation and landscaped areas on this relatively flat site.
