Open to students in Fall of 2024, this project consisted of the new construction of a 162,000 SF new middle school in Walpole, MA with an enrollment of 1,000 students in grades 6 through 8. This new school brought the students of both Bird and Johnston Middle Schools together into one building. The project was designed to be “Net Zero” ready and was constructed on the grounds of the fully occupied Bird Middle School.
