Chicopee’s Emily L. Partyka Central Library includes 58,000 square feet of new construction at a cost of slightly under $6.8 million. The library comprises two levels; the second floor includes a local history room, a quiet study room, a computer room for classes, and a community room that can seat more than 150 people.
