The new Clinton Middle School will be a 136,000-square-foot building strategically situated on the athletic fields adjacent to the existing middle school. Construction of the new facility will proceed while ensuring that the current building remains fully operational. Upon completion of the new school, the existing structure will be demolished entirely, with any remaining site features finalized. While our team will need to navigate temporary construction impacts, such as the reconfiguration of vehicular circulation/parking and site utilities, our ultimate goal is to deliver an energy-efficient building with minimal environmental impact that fulfills all Educational Program requirements.
