Minnechaug Regional High School is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art, 21st century building, which utilizes high ceilings and skylights throughout.

This $53.6 million, 248,000-square-foot facility is home to 1,225 students. It features 40 general classrooms and 11 computer labs. Other specialized spaces include a media center, distance-learning lab, graphic-arts suite, performing-arts suite, 750-seat auditorium, 510-seat cafeteria, and 246-seat natatorium.

The building was constructed under the guidelines of the Massachusetts Collaborative for High Performance Schools.
