The William R. Peck Middle School project will consist of new construction of a 2-story, 107,425 sf middle school for the City of Holyoke.
Approved in June 2023, the $85.5 million project represents a critical step in Holyoke's educational evolution, replacing the currently outdated Peck Middle School. The design of the new school draws inspiration from our successful project at Richer Elementary School in Marlborough; a testament to our expertise in educational infrastructure and leadership in the Massachusetts School Building Authority's Model School Program.
