We’re proud to serve as construction manager for the new Wilmington Elementary School, a major investment in the Town of Wilmington’s future. This three-story, 165,000-square-foot facility will bring together students from multiple aging schools into one modern, purpose-built learning environment.
The new school will accommodate approximately 755 students in grades K–5 and 100 Pre-K students, with dedicated academic wings organized by grade level. Thoughtfully planned spaces, including integrated special education classrooms, an adaptive gymnasium, and flexible learning areas, are designed to support a wide range of educational needs and teaching styles.
Designed with both students and the broader community in mind, the building includes public gathering spaces and a stage for events, reinforcing its role as a year-round community resource.
We’re excited to partner once again with Dore & Whittier and SMMA, the same team behind the successful Northbridge Elementary School. With a strong history of collaboration, this team is well positioned to deliver a high-quality school that will serve Wilmington students and families for decades to come.
